MY STORY
Hi, I’m Bonnie! I’ve been passionate about makeup and skincare for over a decade. After earning my aesthetics certification from the Aesthetic Science Institute, I furthered my training at Makeup Designory in New York City, specializing in makeup for film, television, and fashion. Working freelance in NYC gave me so many incredible opportunities to collaborate with amazing people and gain a ton of experience in the industry.
In 2013, I made the move to sunny San Diego, where I shifted my focus to bridal and special event makeup. I love creating personalized looks that enhance each client's natural beauty, and I prefer to use natural and cruelty-free products whenever possible. Whether it’s a wedding, photoshoot, or special occasion, my goal is to make you feel confident and radiant.
Outside of makeup, I’ve worked with rescue animals and even dabbled in real estate, but makeup is where my heart is. I’m passionate about my craft and always stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques. Plus, I believe in making the process fun and stress-free for my clients.

From the moment I messaged her, up to my wedding day, she was always friendly, professional, patient, accommodating, and very responsive. On my wedding day, she did my makeup as well as my mother's and my maid of honor's. She was quick, efficient, and very thorough. AND MY MAKEUP LOOKED AMAZING!! All of our makeup looked incredible, really. My skin looked flawless and even more so I didn't feel like I was wearing makeup the entire day, which was important to me. We also did lashes that were just enough natural drama that I was comfortable with. You know the make up was amazing when you don't want to wash your face at the end of the day because you look stunning. I would absolutely use her again for any makeup needs!

I typically don’t wear a ton of makeup and I felt like Bonnie did a wonderful job balancing a natural look that came out well in photos without making me feel like I had a mask on. I got so many compliments. I also have pretty sensitive skin and we were able to use my trial to not only discuss what look I was going for, but to also figure out what products were gentle enough for my skin before my big day. All of her products are cruelty-free, which not only helped with my skin sensitivity, but it was also important to me as an animal lover. Bonnie was timely and professional.
